1. SAUCE OF YOGURT AND MINT

  • 1 + 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • ¾ Cup of chopped coriander
  • 4 + ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 + ½ tbsp minced garlic
  • ¾ Teaspoon pepper, cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Cover and let it stand for about 30 minutes

3. SAUCE OF GREEK YOGURT

The Greek yogurt gives the creamy texture and consistent that is delicious in any sauce. But the Cabot Cheese makes the combination of the unlikely and unexpected, and combines it with cucumber. Strange? Perhaps, but the truth is that they work very well together!

– Ingredients –

  • 2 cloves of garlic medium
  • ¼ Teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of dill chopped
  • ½ Teaspoon black pepper

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Peel the garlic and chop
  2. Pour in a bowl and add the salt
  3. Peel the cucumber and from into small pieces
  4. To squeeze the maximum juice from the cucumber to a bowl
  5. Add the yogurt, the lemon juice, the olive oil, the dill and the pepper and everything
  6. Take to the fridge for at least two hours before serving

4. SAUCE OF YOGHURT WITH AVOCADO

  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • 3 avocados, peeled and in pieces
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped

– Mode of preparation –

  • Pour all the ingredients in the blender until it forms a homogeneous paste
